Though this is my first time investment and i got tenant less than one month. Timely paid they do have its own portal to track your finance. Great Property Managers - MPM have looked after my property since I purchased it. They are always prompt to reply, find great tenants and organise any maintenance on my behalf. Jess has been fantastic and the information she provides on the property and tenants makes me feel at ease and that my property is in good hands. The maintenance they employ are reasonably priced and have done great work.
