Even being distant, MPM manages our house and tenants very well on behalf of us. Every time when there is an accident or situation, Kylie updates the information promptly and provide her suggestion for us to choose. We really appreciate it!

I had the pleasure of dealing with her for 2 years and in that time I found her to be nothing short of a Property managing super star! She is so efficient, has excellent communication skills, is always willing to go the extra mile to get everything sorted for you and most importantly, she is very personable and easy to deal with. Kylie has made the last 2 years of renting so stress free that I didn't want to leave her when the owner of my rental decided to sell. I advised Kylie that I would like her to find another property for me, she went above and beyond the call of duty to not only find me a property, but find me the perfect property! At every turn our property manager, Kristen Williams of MPM Property, was across the detail, providing options as well as advice. I was in a really difficult situation due to a tenant that went rogue. Kristen managed everything. She kept me informed of all the relevant detail, advised me on the recommended path, and she handled all the detail. The tenant was a nightmare, and Kristen got me through. There is no way I could have achieved such a successful outcome without her stellar support. True 5 stars.
