Good proactive work and follow through to manage tenants. Ryhannon demonstrated excellent proactive management dealing with my prior tenants. She identified issues like not getting enough Rent compared to the market and managed a difficult tenant (eg bills owning, property damage) out of the propriety and found a good replacement tenant for me. She was firm and fair in her dealings with the prior tenant. She was clear and responsive with her communication with me. She knew the process and avoid Lee potential pitfalls with getting it done Great job Ryhannon! Thank you !!!!
