I would like to commend MPM Property and especially Kylie Tannahill for the way you dealt with a bad situation I had found myself in. I unfortunately had a tenant that mistreated my property but within weeks Kylie had organised the insurance claim, had all the trades people in place, all the work carried out and my property re leased. This is a true test of a great property manager and I feel blessed to have Kylie as mine.
MPM knows the market. MPM secured new tenants for our Pimpama property within 1 week also with $110 increase. Communication was excellent and updated us all the way through the process eg open houses and prospective tenants. Highly recommend MPM.
