It is our pleasure to offer our thoughts about Leita Berry and her work with us on managing our property. Prior to renting our home, we used an AirBnb management company for about 12 months who worked out of the same office as Leita in Broadbeach. We explored the possibility of renting out our home in the long term market. We had several other property managers come and discuss the possibilities, but it was only when Leita came and explained her ideas and the processes she would employ, that we decided that we felt most comfortable with the opportunity she proposed. I believe this was a great decision as Leita has been so helpful and it is clear that her knowledge of rental property is second to none. This was evident also with the financial aspect of what our place would achieve - more than we had expected! Leita was able to advise what was going to work best for us and willingly gave us answers to the many questions that we posed as we embarked on this project. She has repeatedly assured us that we can ask as much advice and as often as we wish. This is very reassuring as we are away overseas for 12 months and need someone to be actively involved in what is happening with our property. Leita approaches issues in a relaxed yet decisive manner and has capably dealt with some problems that have arisen, without us having to worry. We are very grateful that we have found such a qualified person to manage our property.

I have recently engaged MPM to manage my property in Park Ridge. My experience with my previous property manager has not been pleasant and quite stressful to be honest. I felt like I was doing the property manager job myself, always chasing up progress on maintenance matters and outstanding monies owed to me. I have been dealing with Leita Berry who has dealt with all accepts of the handover from the previous property manager with efficiency. Leita was extremely understanding when I explained that I have family and personal matters that are demanding of my time so I needed a property manager that would manage my property effectively. Whilst I acknowledge my association with MPM has only just started, I must say I am very impressed with my experience and interaction with MPM to date, and this is thanks to Leita.
