It's not always a bad tenant that causes the grief of an owner. I am a 62 old man, and my last property manager was painful. I don't smoke, I don't drink, and I am very clean, and my last agent wanted me to go back and rectify a coat hanger that was accidently left, and I was to remedy. We bought our first investment property with Choice Homes, and it has been a fantastic journey. We are delighted with the result. Being an interstate investor, we always had this feeling inside that things may go wrong very quickly. MPM came onboard on the midway to the construction stage and kept up briefed on all the essential pieces of stuff that were going on regarding the tenancy while the construction was ongoing. Even before the building was ready for the final inspection and practical completion, MPM was proactive to go to the market and got us a delicious offering from the prospective tenants.
