To take advantage of this special offer – the following terms and conditions apply :

1. The Client/s must appoint MPM Property as the exclusive selling agent for a period of not less than 90 days; and
2. The Client/s must sign a Property Occupations Form 6 and Marketing Agreement on terms presented by MPM Property; and
3. The appointment must include a Start Date between 1 October 2024 and 31 December 2024;
4. The Client/s acknowledges that any additional marketing upgrades will be at the expense of the Client/s; and
5. If during the 90 day exclusivity period – the appointment is cancelled – the Free Sales Marketing Essentials cost(s) will be payable by the Client as outlined in the Marketing Agreement;
6. If the property is not sold & settled  – the Free Marketing Essentials cost(s) will be payable by the Client/s.
