HAVE A QUESTION? ASK THIS AGENTBill Maher has been in the real estate industry for over a decade. Originally working closely with investors around Australia acquiring NRAS properties for them in Queensland and New South Wales.
From there he progressed into general real estate, selling new or existing properties and blocks of land in South East Queensland, at which he was very successful. However, he found his niche in the First Home Buyer’s market, which he has concentrated on for the last 4 years.
He has helped dozens of families and individuals in purchasing their first home by finding the right block of land and house design that best suits their needs and guiding them through all the hurdles that confront first home buyers.
Prior to joining real estate, Bill gained a strong background in commercial finance which ensures first home buyers will have the right finance package. Throughout the building process he is there monitoring every stage until completion and handing over the keys to the proud new homeowners.
