What we are looking for:

An assertive and pleasant personality, strong customer service skills along with exceptional phone manner and high standards are also a must along with a current Qld Driver’s Licence and current Qld Registration Certificate, along with good knowledge and understanding of the Qld PO and RTRA Act.
Experience using Console is preferred along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. We are an organised and systemised office that have in place comprehensive office procedures and practices which support the activity and results we generate.
